Since Valentine’s Day is the season for giving gifts to your loved ones I thought this flower craft is perfect to show you guys.  It’s actually made using different colors of zipper trim.  It’s really very cool.  Cathie and Steve from Plaid Kids Crafts shows us in great detail how to create everlasting flowers with Mod Podge Podgeables and zipper trim.  This is actually an excellent year round craft… not just for Valentine’s Day…. because these flowers will not wither away and are beautiful to keep out no matter what time of the year it is.  And, especially with much of the World experiencing Winter weather right now flowers can remind us that Spring is near.  As they point out, this craft is excellent for kids of all ages and won’t take too long to make.  The result is simply stunning.  I just can’t get over how amazing the zipper trim looks on these flowers…. it gives it a beautiful and unique look.
